[u][b]Febuary 13, 1994, 5:33 AM.[/b][/u]    [u]1 Day before New Containment Chamber is installed.[/u] Dr Eric Sigerson walk into Portal X, and turns the lights on. He sighs and says, "How ya doing girl." He walks over to the control panel and sees there is a problem with the Core, "Uh," as he sets his coffee down onto the console quickly, "Thats not good, not good at all." The alarms start to go off, Red covers the Room. Eric looks up at the Crystal, and quickly starts to panic. The Crystal starts to Crack, with a light shining out of it. Eric quickly flings himself over to the side while a beam of pure Crystal Energy destroys his equipment. Eric quickly gets up and runs to a Console, he then tries his best to lower the Energy gain from the Core to keep the Crystal at a normal rate. The Crystal Cracks even more, revealing very bright light. A even bigger beam shoots out of the Crystal, destroying pipes and Consoles. Eric finally cools the Core from its energy gain, but he quickly realizes that it's still not over, Portal X destroyed its Containment Chamber, and Portal X slowely turns the room into Crystal. Eric quickly gets onto higher ground, where the Crystal can't reach him. The Crystal finally freezes and is just Portal X Crystal. Eric then calls for engineers to add a New Containment Chamber to Portal X. Eric sighs again and says, "What a day."
